This Privacy Policy explains how Tuner / Akort ("the App") handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Access
The App may access the following on your device:
- Microphone audio, only to detect pitch and help tune instruments
- Local device storage, only to save your app settings and purchase status
- Network connection, only for advertising, in-app purchases, and related store/ad services
2. Microphone
The App uses your device microphone to analyze sound in real time for tuning.
- Audio is used only to measure pitch and tuning information
- Audio is not intentionally stored by the App
- Audio is not intentionally sold by the App
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads, including banner ads and occasional full-screen ads.
AdMob and its partners may collect certain device or usage data as described in Google's own privacy documentation. This may include identifiers used for advertising, approximate usage information, and ad interaction data.
If you purchase the "Remove Ads" feature, the App is intended to stop showing banner and interstitial ads.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads.
Purchase processing is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems, not directly by the App developer. The App stores only the local status needed to remember whether ads have been removed or restored on the device.
5. Local Storage
The App stores certain settings locally on your device, such as:

- Display and tuning preferences
- App interface settings
- Remove-ads purchase state
- Certain counters or onboarding-related preferences
This information is stored on the device using local app storage and is not intended to identify you personally.

3. Reklamlar
Uygulama, banner reklamlar ve zaman zaman gosterilen tam ekran reklamlar dahil olmak uzere Google AdMob kullanir.

- Onceki satin alimlarinizi Uygulama icinden geri yukleyebilirsiniz
- Yerel uygulama verilerini cihazinizdan kaldirmak icin Uygulamayi silebilirsiniz
11. Bu Politikanin Guncellenmesi
Bu Gizlilik Politikasi zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Guncellenmis her surum bu metnin yerini almali ve yeni bir "Son guncelleme" tarihi icermelidir.
