Giriş Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Tulum mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanımınıza ilişkin kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulama, tulum enstrümanı ile ilgili eğitim, notasyon, çalışma ve kayıt özellikleri sunar. ### 2. Veri sorumlusu Davut Engin — **info@davutengin.com** ### 3. Toplanan ve işlenen veriler **Hesap yoktur.** Uygulama, kullanıcı kaydı veya girişi gerektirmez; adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız veya benzeri kimlik bilgileriniz istenmez ve toplanmaz. **Cihazda saklanan veriler:** Ayarlarınız, tercihleriniz, dersleriniz, kaydettiğiniz makamlar ve efekt hazır ayarları cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler geliştiriciye gönderilmez. **Kayıtlar:** Uygulamadaki “kayıt” özelliği mikrofonla ses kaydı yapmaz. Kaydedilen şey, çaldığınız notaların zaman bilgisidir; bu veri cihazınızda `.tlm` dosyası olarak saklanır ve yalnızca siz paylaşmayı seçerseniz cihazdan çıkar. **Cihaz kodu:** Korumalı `.tlm` dosyalarının yalnızca hedef cihazda açılabilmesi için, cihazınızda rastgele üretilen bir kod saklanır. Bu hizmetlerde Google, veri işleyen sıfatıyla hareket eder. **Toplanan veriler:** - **Uygulama örneği kimliği (app instance ID):** Her uygulama kurulumuna atanan, kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmeyen rastgele bir tanımlayıcı. - **Kullanım olayları:** Görüntülenen ekranlar, seçilen makam/ton/tutuş gibi ayar tercihleri, çalma oturumu süresi ve çalınan nota sayıları, ders başlangıç/tamamlanma bilgisi, uygulama açılış sayısı, harici bir denetleyici donanımının bağlanıp bağlanmadığı. Bu veriler toplu istatistik amacıyla toplanır. - **Teknik cihaz bilgileri:** Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil ayarı. - **Yaklaşık konum:** Google, maskelenmiş IP adresinden ülke/şehir düzeyinde genel bir konum çıkarır. Uygulama, cihazın konum servislerini (GPS) kullanmaz ve konum izni istemez. - **Çökme ve hata verileri:** Uygulama çöktüğünde veya bir hata oluştuğunda yığın izi (stack trace), cihaz durumu ve çökme öncesindeki teknik uygulama günlükleri. **Toplanmayan veriler:** Ad, e-posta, telefon, adres gibi kimlik bilgileri; kayıtlarınızın içeriği; dosya adları veya dosya içerikleri; mikrofon verisi; rehber, fotoğraf veya cihazdaki diğer içerikler; hassas konum. **Reklam ve takip yoktur.** Uygulamada reklam SDK’sı bulunmaz. Reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID) okunmaz — uygulama, Apple’ın reklam kimliği çerçevesini (AdSupport) hiç içermez. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve farklı şirketlerin uygulama/siteleri arasında sizi izlemek için kullanılmaz. **Veri aktarımı:** Bu veriler Google’ın sunucularında, aralarında ABD’nin de bulunduğu ülkelerde işlenebilir. Google’ın gizlilik politikası: https://policies.google.com/privacy — Firebase veri işleme koşulları: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy **Saklama süresi:** Analitik olay verileri Firebase tarafında en fazla 14 ay, çökme raporları ise en fazla 90 gün saklanır ve sonrasında otomatik olarak silinir. **Hukuki dayanak:** Bu işleme, uygulamanın kararlılığını ve kullanılabilirliğini iyileştirmeye yönelik meşru menfaate dayanır (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6/1-f). **Kontrolünüz:** Uygulamanın bu sürümünde analitik toplamayı uygulama içinden kapatma seçeneği bulunmamaktadır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veri toplama tamamen sona erer. Verilerinizle ilgili taleplerinizi **info@davutengin.com** adresine iletebilirsiniz; talebinizi karşılayabilmek için uygulama içindeki cihaz kodunu paylaşmanız gerekebilir. ### 5. Çocukların gizliliği Uygulama bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz ve çocuklara yönelik olarak pazarlanmaz. Ebeveyn veya vasiler, çocukların cihaz kullanımından sorumludur. ### 6. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi Kişisel içeriğiniz (ayarlar, dersler, kayıtlar) cihazınızda kalır; uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya uygulama verilerini sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir. Analitik ve çökme verileri için yukarıda belirtilen saklama süreleri geçerlidir. ### 7. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR) Kanunun size tanıdığı haklar (bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme vb.) saklıdır. Taleplerinizi **info@davutengin.com** adresine iletebilirsiniz. Introduction This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled when you use the Tulum mobile application (“App”). The App provides features related to learning, notation, practice, and recording for the tulum instrument. ### 2. Data controller Davut Engin — **info@davutengin.com** ### 3. Data we process **No accounts.** The App does not require registration or login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or similar identifying information. **Data stored on your device:** Your settings, preferences, lessons, saved makams, and effect presets are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to the developer. **Recordings:** The App's "recording" feature does not record audio from the microphone. What is recorded is the timing of the notes you play; this is stored on your device as a `.tlm` file and leaves the device only if you choose to share it. **Device code:** So that protected `.tlm` files can be opened only on their intended device, a randomly generated code is stored on your device. This code is never sent to any server; it reaches another person only when you share it in order to send them a file. **Fonts:** The App may download and cache certain fonts via Google Fonts. This can involve network connections to Google's infrastructure. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy **Sharing:** When you share content, the privacy practices of the third-party app or service you choose apply. Sharing occurs only when you initiate it. ### 4. Analytics and crash reporting To improve the App and fix defects, we use **Google Firebase Analytics** and **Firebase Crashlytics**. Google acts as a data processor for these services. **Data collected:** - **App instance ID:** A random identifier assigned to each installation of the App, not linked to your identity. - **Usage events:** Screens viewed, setting preferences such as the selected makam, tuning, and grip, play session duration and note counts, lesson start/completion, app launch counts, and whether an external controller device is connected. This data is collected for aggregate statistics. - **Technical device information:** Device model, operating system version, app version, and language setting. - **Approximate location:** Google derives a country/city-level location from a masked IP address. The App does not use the device's location services (GPS) and does not request location permission. - **Crash and error data:** When the App crashes or an error occurs, the stack trace, device state, and technical application logs from just before the crash. **Data not collected:** Identifying information such as name, email, phone, or address; the contents of your recordings; file names or file contents; microphone data; contacts, photos, or other on-device content; precise location. **No advertising or tracking.** The App contains no advertising SDK. The advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) is not read — the App does not include Apple's advertising identifier framework (AdSupport) at all. Your data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. **International transfers:** This data may be processed on Google's servers in countries including the United States. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy — Firebase privacy and security: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy **Retention:** Analytics event data is retained by Firebase for at most 14 months and crash reports for at most 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. **Legal basis:** This processing relies on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and usability of the App (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2-f). **Your control:** This version of the App does not include an in-app switch to disable analytics collection. Uninstalling the App ends all collection. Children's privacy The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children and is not marketed to children. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors' use of the device. ### 6. Retention and deletion Your personal content (settings, lessons, recordings) remains on your device; uninstalling the App or erasing its data deletes it. The retention periods stated above apply to analytics and crash data. ### 7. Your rights Depending on applicable law (for example GDPR or KVKK), you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, or objection to processing.
